WARRANTY:  5 Years!  The five year warranty covers all mattresses except the #616 Visco Classic, #613 Wool Wrap, #615 Softouch, and #108 Euro Coil, which is covered by a ten year warranty. The #630 Visco Touch is covered by a fifteen year warranty. This warranty is valid only when the futon is used as a stnucture, supporting the sitting or reclining human form. Damage caused by standing or jumping on the futon mattress is not covered by this warranty. Some packing down of cotton is normal and not covered by this warranty. During the warranty period if an inspection reveals product failure, the futon will be replaced or restored to it’s original condition with no charge for labor or materials. The outside cloth, or covering, is not covered by this warranty, Mattresses that are dirty, blood stained or urine soiled, or damaged due to moisture, are automatically voided from this warranty. Improper care or negligent use of the product will invalidate this warranty. Transportation is not included. Purchaser is to notify. seller and deliver the futon mattress, accompanied by the original sales receipt, to the original place of purchase at the purchaser’s expense. Remedy shall be accomplished within thirty (30) days after receipt of the futon mattress at the original place of purchase. After the remedy has been preformed, purchaser will ·pick up repaired or replacement mattress at original place of purchase at purchaser’s expense. This warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Gold Bond will not pay any loss, damage, or expense, other than to the futon it self, that may result from a defect in the futon. Purchaser’s remedy is limited to repair or replacement of non-conforming goods. This remedy is purchaser’s exclusive remedy. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded.
